360 Compact

Innolect is pleased to announce its newest coaching resource, the cost-effective 360 Compact. Qualitative 360-feedback is obtained through 8-10 customized one-on-one phone interviews. During the face-to-face feedback meeting, insights are shared using interviewees’ comments and examples to reinforce recommendations.
