My dad instilled in me a core value that has been a cornerstone throughout my life. He said “if you can make someone’s life a little easier, a little better, a little less painful each day, you will have a very blessed and fulfilling career.” As I have matured over the years, I find this to be true, but with a little adjustment. Now I know that if I can connect with someone and through confidential appreciative inquiry in a safe environment, and can help him/her discover, strengthen, and develop leadership capabilities, this client’s life will be enriched in all aspects. And when that happens, I am so fulfilled. Thanks Dad!
Along with my one on one coaching and Daring Way℠¢ Workshops, I provide presentations on “Be a Positron, Not a Negatron”. I enjoy spending time playing golf and hiking the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains. I am a Stephen Minister Leader and work with several faith groups in the Asheville area. I have three adult children and two twin grandbabies.
