She specializes in leadership advisory work, executive talent assessment and coaching, C-suite succession, executive and board retreat facilitation, and leadership team development. She is highly skilled at partnering with her clients to help solve talent and organization problems with accurate, data-driven insights and human-centered, pragmatic recommendations. Her industry experience includes healthcare, energy and utilities, financial services, private equity, industrial, retail, commercial, technology and automotive.
Heather guides leaders to make sound people decisions that drive goal and mission achievement. Working within small, privately-owned companies to global large Fortune 500 companies, she understands the different stages of growth for companies and leaders and makes it her goal to help every client find success and joy in their work, partnering with them to create sustainable results. She has led and managed senior executive assessment practices, succession planning and international calibration at a large international Fortune 100 company. As a consultant, she has conducted internal and external C-suite and executive talent assessments, organization design, and leadership modeling across a variety of industries. Heather also led and developed a Fortune 150 company’s Executive Development Programs Practice for the 25,000+ employee organization, including launching a successful women’s leadership program and innovative assessment-based simulation executive development program, helping earn the company a spot as one of Forbes’ “America’s Best Employers” and Black Enterprise Magazine’s “50 Best Companies for Diversity.”

She actively serves as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Queens University of Charlotte. When not doing what she loves at work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys, painting, volunteering, and going for outdoor runs as often as possible.
