Jane’s 30-year career includes leading system-wide organizational process redesign efforts, often in conjunction with software application redesign, initiatives in banking, insurance, data informatics, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, geographic data and non-profit organizations. Her strong business acumen, multi-systems viewpoint, ability to quickly assess the political and economic realities both within the organization as well as its competitive environment, provide her with a deep appreciation for how people, teams and organizations are impacted by change.
Jane’s approach is to help leaders to organize their thinking, and to become more objective while developing a greater capacity to manage change. These attributes, along with her ability to forge robust partnerships across all levels of the organization provide the basis for her success. Jane is particularly interested in the influence of the alignment of corporate values on organizational culture.
Jane is a member of OD on the Edge Carolinas Network, International Coaching Federation, American Society for Training and Development and the Project Management Institute. She supports a Heifer International project in Honduras where the focus is to equip displaced peoples with the skills to build their own homes and schools in their newly established villages. Locally, Jane works to raise global cultural awareness by leading a program for families to host international students over winter break. Jane loves the outdoors, is a gardener, kayaker, equestrian, dog lover and avid reader.
Jane is an Executive Coach, consultant, facilitator, trainer and life-long learner. She earned a Master of Science in Executive Coaching (MSEC) degree from Queens University, and a BA degree in history. She is a certified Professional Project Manager (PMP), and has earned advanced certification in the governance of enterprise information technology (CGEIT).
