My coaching work with her has truly been life changing, helping me to make critical shifts in how I think about myself and my work. “Jessica’s team building and facilitation approach is insightful in identifying and addressing problems and results in long term improvement to team relationships. Her unique approach gains trust quickly, draws out meaningful dialogue, breaks down barriers and identifies issues. She is a sincere and active listener, always.” — VP, Fortune 50 Company
“Jessica is an extremely effective coach and has just the right touch — she provides fresh perspectives and challenges my thinking in constructive ways. Working with her, I was able to “unstick” myself from some long-standing situations. Jessica also has helped me increase my own capacity to look at situations in different ways, to see possibilities and opportunities instead of barriers. Having her as a sounding board and coach has allowed me to be much more effective in my current position.” — Senior Leader, Non-Profit Organization
