Jessica Bronzert, MBA, ACC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a Consultant with Innolect Inc. As an executive coach and change management consultant, Jessica’s passion is helping leaders and teams develop the capacity – not just the skills – they need to make the changes that make a difference to them and in the world.

Jessica has experience working with and inside many industries, including retail, financial services, health care and various advocacy and human welfare organizations. jessica-bronzertMost recently, she was Director of Change Execution at Lowe’s Home Improvement, where she helped lead a multi-year, company-wide effort to transform the culture and equip the organization to meet changing consumer demands.

Jessica is proud to be a part of the Third Sector Leadership program, which develops non-profit executive directors so they and their organizations can have maximum impact. She also coaches graduate students at Queens University on a pro bono basis.

Jessica is an Associated Certified Coach (ACC), and is a certified Senior Human Resources professional. She earned a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership, an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, and a bachelor’s degree in Social Relations from Michigan State University.
