Administrative and Client Support
Kim Helms. PMP, Administrative and Client Support with Innolect, Inc., has over 30 years’ experience with business operations. She has been a multi-unit restaurant manager, a program coordinator at Microsoft, a teacher at Bright Horizons and before joining Innolect, Inc. spent over 10 years as Operations Manager at Peter Rock Consulting, Inc. There she managed the day-to-day operations of the firm, client satisfaction, assessment of client candidates, vendor relations, developed and maintained the corporate website and was also the executive assistant to the CEO.
Kim has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology – both from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is also eligible to sit for the Project Management Professional certification exam, which she should complete Winter 2017.
Kim has a 21-year old daughter and she spends as much time as she can volunteering. She is an usher at Elevation Church and a Project Manager with Elevation’s outreach program, leading beautification and renovation projects in lower income schools and ministry partners of the church.
