Michael is a coach, leadership and organization development specialist, and designer and facilitator of critical dialogues. He loves the challenge of supporting individuals and groups while they do the courageous work of telling their real stories, listening intentionally to those stories, and coming to know the voices of their inner wisdom. He is particularly interested in working with individuals and groups who are in transition and wish to make that transition mindfully. In addition, supporting people as they discover, clarify and realize their vocations is a great passion of Michael’s. He has been doing this work for over 30 years with a wide range of organizations and individuals. Michael taught for many years in the Georgetown University Training Specialist Program and is principle author of Designing Powerful Training and the article, “Creating Sacred Space,” included in The Trainer’s Portable Mentor.
