Michelle’s coaching practice is grounded in adult development theory and the work of Suzanne Cook-Grueter. She helps leaders gain a deeper understanding of the values that drive them, increase self-awareness of their innate strengths and/or blind spots and reflect on their impact on others in the world around them. Her methods and collaborative approaches offer ways to expand a leader’s capacity and accelerate their potential for learning and change.
As an organizational consultant, highly skilled facilitator and trainer, Michelle partners with leaders and their teams to assess their culture, systems, and approaches, and to develop new skills and behaviors resulting in improved performance, trust, organizational effectiveness and agility. Her love for sociology and group dynamics and her experience as a mediator of federal workplace disputes equips her to be comfortable, steady, and collaborative in challenging environments. Services include strategic planning, organizational assessment, team coaching, conflict coaching, and managing organization-wide coaching programs. Her positive energy and focused approach create a productive and experiential learning atmosphere helping participants improve their individual and collective performance.
Whether coaching, training, consulting or facilitating, Michelle believes that clients are the experts of their domains and she works along side them to uncover their unique leadership style and accomplish outcomes by blending practical tools with deeper personal reflection.
