His executive coaching skills help individuals shift their perspectives and draw upon their greatest strengths to improve their performance, seek advancement and make a difference in the workplace.
He has worked in both technical and leadership roles and understands the complexity of working with highly skilled, technically oriented leaders and teams. Mike has supported leaders and teams in Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, educational institutions, community and non-profit organizations. Past clients include BASF International, General Motors Corporation and Shell International.
Mike holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Louisiana State University and a Masters in Engineering from Tulane University. As a Professor of Practice in the Management area at Tulane University, he received the “Honor Teacher” award at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in the Freeman School of Business. Mike is a native of Australia and an avid outdoorsman.
