Adam Chalker, a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Innolect Inc., specializes in helping mission-driven leaders maximize their potential. More specifically, he helps leaders who are passionate about creating lasting, positive change in their organizations – and the larger world – and are hungry to take their game to the next level. To do this, Adam helps leaders develop the presence, mindsets, and skills to lead powerfully through change and complexity.

His work often includes serving as a trusted advisor with leaders navigating strategy, organizational alignment, large scale change initiatives. Combing systems thinking, evidence‑based change management and human‑centered leadership, he supports leaders achieve measurable outcomes with minimal disruption to service, customers and employees. At the same time, his approach helps leaders increase confidence, overcome obstacles, transition between roles, manage complex sets of stakeholders as well as build great teams. Adam draws heavily from a variety of business disciplines, as well as applied behavioral sciences, adult development theory, family and organizational systems theory, and neuroscience.

In his coaching work, in recent years Adam has worked closely with the US Food & Drug Administration, the US Army Special Forces and biotech, clean-tech, and senior housing. Adam also serves as Faculty at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership, the country’s leading Executive Coach training program.

Adam has worked with over 200 leaders in executive coaching engagements and has facilitated hundreds of sessions with executive clients across business, government and military sectors. Earlier in his career, Adam served as VP of Customer Success at PlotWatt, a big-data energy analytics software company in Durham, North Carolina. Prior to that, Adam led the Organization Performance Service Line for Suntiva Executive Consulting, a boutique consulting firm based outside Washington DC. He has led consultant teams to deliver solutions across industries in the areas of leadership development, training, change management, human capital solutions and business process improvement.
