Operations Director
Angela is the hub of the Innolect team. She keeps everyone on track by managing client engagements and special projects. She also coordinates the knowledge management system and leads HR initiatives. To increase overall operational efficiency, Angela identifies best practices and process improvements. With over 20 years of varied work experience, she has extensive knowledge of large scale operating environments. 
Angela is particularly effective at designing seamless processes to maximize available resources and make critical decisions in a time sensitive environment. She enjoys tapping into her creativity when designing PowerPoint decks, conference displays and collateral materials. One of her proudest achievements was when she carried the Olympic torch in the torch relay before the Los Angeles games. Her husband, Chris, and sons Ryan and Braeden, keep her young at heart.
