Aimee Gibson is an Executive Leadership Coach with Innolect Inc. She is an organizational change management coach and strategist focused on leadership development and team facilitation and development.

Certified by the International Coach Federation, Aimee is also an experienced consultant, entrepreneur and former executive. With over 20 years of professional experience, she is passionate about supporting and accelerating leaders' learning and growth through self-awareness and self-management. Aimee’s clients achieve higher levels of leadership effectiveness and success by achieving a greater understanding of and appreciation for their unique gifts and talents, greater alignment of self and others’ perceptions of them, and greater alignment of personal and professional goals.

Aimee is committed to her own professional development and personal growth and is typically engaged by clients equally interested in reaching their highest potential. She supports clients in existing roles, new roles, within a team or when leading a team. Aimee’s work incorporates assessments such as The Leadership Circle Profile (TLCP) 360, the Maturity Assessment Profile (MAP), and Everything DiSC Work of Leaders®.  Aimee continues to study and integrate Adult Development Theory into her practice. She also employs tools and techniques learned while studying at The Center for Mind-Body Medicine.

Representing a wide range of industries, Aimee has a solid track record of advising and coaching in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Aimee has also worked internationally and for small and large geographically dispersed organizations.

Aimee is active in both her professional and personal communities. She serves as a Founding Member and Vice President of the Georgetown Institute for Transformation Learning Network and President of The Fort Hood Area Military Family Member Scholarship Fund in Ft. Hood TX. Aimee values these opportunities to give back while learning and developing herself and others.
