Andy Gingrich, an Executive Leadership Coach and Senior Consultant with Innolect Inc., helps leaders and organizations discover their brilliance and magnify it. Over his 20-year career, he has supported managers, senior leaders and c-suite executives in a variety of cultural settings and industries. Andy has expertise with individuals, groups, teams and organizational leadership development. Andy’s experience includes leadership coaching, facilitation, and organizational consulting engagements with 30+ organizations across more than a dozen countries. He has supported clients in domestic and global financial services, federal public health agencies, global healthcare, pharmaceuticals, defense agencies, education, global conservation, NGOs, and global technology. He’s recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Andy has studied adult and leadership development under Bill Torbert and Elaine Herdman-Barker and is certified to debrief the Global Leadership Profile and MyWorldView. Additionally, he is certified in a wide range of assessment tools including Human Centered Design, EQ-i and EQ-i 360, DiSC, and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.
