Bonita Mackey, a Senior Consultant with Innolect, Inc., partners with leaders and organizations to deliver business results in the midst of constant organizational and market changes. Her success in delivering results derives from her own real-world experiences while holding leadership positions at both IBM and Verizon.
Bonita’s corporate experience as a Talent Development Director/Internal Coach/Organizational Consultant and Sales Director provides her a base of knowledge to understand an organization’s challenges and the experience needed to help develop the right solutions. Some of her key client engagements have focused on Leadership Development programs, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, Change Management strategies and Succession Planning.
She has demonstrated masterful platform/delivery skills, having facilitated and led successful leadership development classes throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. Courses include Unconscious Bias, Developing Inclusive Leaders, Leading Change, Leading High Performing Teams, Impactful Presentations, Leadership Foundations, Critical Thinking and Women’s Leadership Development. She has received several qualified instructor/facilitator certifications, including Cook-Ross’s certified facilitator recognition for their Unconscious Bias Program.
Bonita is a member of the St. Louis Organizational Development Group where she serves on the board of directors as a membership ambassador. She has also been an adjunct professor at San Francisco’s Golden Gate University. Representative clients include The Gap, Nestle, Pfizer, Verizon, Dallas Children’s Hospital and the International Monetary Fund.
