“Kathleen coached me and the “team” we were bringing together for a major international project of strategic value. Her approach helped me to realize both the ‘obvious’ and new factors. This led us to a better strategy and implementation. Her facilitation was well received by the participants from the U.S., France and Germany. Notably, we were able to handle the emotional side in a constructive way. In other words, Kathleen demonstrated her ability to diagnose a situation, and then to challenge as well as support us.”
Andrew Hackett, Chief Technology Officer at Thomson (Technicolor)
“Kathleen mentored our co-development group. Sessions were conducted over a six-month period and each of them made me learn something new about how to tackle my constraints, fears and approach towards management and leadership. It is important to state that areas for improvement were identified and articulated by her in a very subtle way, but at the same time very clear so as not be offensive but constructive.”
Indian Director in BNP Paribas, Bahrain
“Kathleen’s approach and coaching methodology were very effective. She was able to expand the perspective of our discussion helping me to see my organization with a ‘helicopter view.’ The specific sessions on leadership styles and company climate, were also very useful and important for me.”
