Nancy Haller, an Innolect Executive Coach, brings over 25 years of diverse experience as a psychologist to her coaching with individuals, teams and organizations. With a comprehensive understanding of human behavior, she helps leaders to integrate organizational knowledge and systems perspectives to impact business results.

Nancy facilitates learning and transformative practices that accelerate the developmental process and optimize performance in uncertain, complex, and volatile environments. Her approach is founded on leadership and adult (vertical) development principles, neuroscience, transformational change, and systems thinking. In her work, Nancy coaches and supports leaders and executive teams as they develop on three levels – personal, organizational, and systemic – to become more self-aware, to expand their mindset, to become more adaptive and agile.

Dr. Haller served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Navy and she has held a variety of roles at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), including Master Coach to train incoming staff. Practical and results oriented, she asks probing questions, listens, and partners with her clients to develop a solid action plan so they can be successful in their organizations and more fulfilled in their work. Her clients have included individuals, teams, and organizations from an extensive variety of industries, functions and countries. She has worked with Directors to C-Suite executives in many of the Fortune 100 companies.

Nancy is a California Licensed Psychologist and Board Certified Coach. Her educational background includes a B.A. in psychology from the University of Connecticut, a Masters from Loyola Marymount University, and her Ph.D. at Alliant International University. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Consulting Psychology, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the California Psychological Association, and the San Diego Psychological Association. Nancy also has served on the Boards of the SDPA (past president), Division III (Industrial-Organizational Psychology) of CPA, and the National Association of Women Business Owners.
