Sir – I just wanted to send you a quick note regarding this week’s BDE/BN CDR leader development training. BLUF: a great investment of time and money as the training hit a home run in multiple areas. The opportunity to think and reflect, as well as gain additional self-awareness skills and insights, proved extremely valuable to all. Hats off to the entire Innolect team for their professionalism, and to the G5 staff for planning and executing the event. I truly believe the Civilian Staff and the CSMs are going to benefit from the training in the coming months, and hopefully this becomes an annual event for the leadership. By far one of the most useful events I have participated in with regard to leadership development.
