Faith Schneider, is an Executive Leadership Coach and organizational change facilitator with Innolect Inc. She specializes in preparing leaders and teams at all levels, to succeed in high-performance, high-integrity workplaces. With over thirty years of experience serving corporations, agencies in the Federal Government as well private sector and nonprofits, Faith cares about equipping high-capacity leaders and their teams to navigate organizational and cultural change.

Faith’s unique background and depth of experience enables her to support clients spanning financial, defense, science and technology industries as well a wide array of government agencies. A veteran, Faith served in the U.S. Navy with two tours on aircraft carriers, as an Operations Department Head, and with the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. In addition, she spent six years on Capitol Hill with the House Banking Committee and 13 years advising the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).  Since 2005, Faith has served as an external consultant partnering to help leaders and organizations transform and thrive in today’s complex world.

The foundation of Faith’s coaching and facilitation approach is grounded in the concepts, principles and practices of Adult and Vertical Development. Faith engages clients in powerful inquiry to stimulate deep reflection and challenge assumptions. She collaborates with clients in a discovery process that draws out their own wisdom and life experience. Clients gain self-awareness and perspective-taking as they set meaningful goals, identify priorities, integrate strengths and address personal leadership challenges. Clients build momentum to reach new levels of insight and development – both personally and professionally. Faith helps clients embrace their personal values and reframe perceptions through both individual and team coaching. She helps individuals engage in healthy conflict as a natural, healthy way of solving problems and doing business. Over the past few years, Faith and her clients have primarily focused on four critical opportunities for today’s current leaders: Change Leadership, Cultural Integration, Healthy Team Development and Adult/Vertical Development. She pursues advanced training in these areas and has her own Development Coach.

Faith holds an MPP in Public Policy and International Security, a B.A. in International Affairs, and Postgraduate Certificates in Organization Development and Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University (ICF Accredited). She has earned certifications and participated in training intensives in: Adult Development, Resilient Leadership,  5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, Change Style Inventory (CSI), DiSC, Hogan Personality Inventory, Decision Making Style Profile (DSP), Pearman Personality Integrator, EQi 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence including EQ 360), Team Conversational Norms Diagnostic (TCND), Myers Briggs (MBTI), Team Coaching, Leadership Presence and various 360 instruments.
